Proper selection of Jaw plate

Jaw-palte-C105-500x250

GUBT’s jaw plate liner has a long service life and higher crushing efficiency while reducing wear and damage to the jaw crusher. These jaw liners are made of highly wear-resistant manganese steel to ensure a long wear life and reduce maintenance downtime. In order to meet various applications and feed materials, we provide many types. We know how to design wear parts with the best fit. Proper jaw plate liner design can make a significant difference.

GUBT has extensive experience in crushers and crushing processes and can provide the right solution to meet your specific conditions.

Supper-tooth

• Generally used for gravel and blasted rocks
• Good fine material space between teeth
• Larger tooth contact area compared to standard tooth profile
• Manganese steel with higher wear resistance than standard jaws
• Power requirements and crushing force balance
• Fewer needles

Quarry-and-supper-tooth

• Suitable for abrasive and/or blasting rocks
• Flat tooth profile with the longest wear life (larger crushing area)
• Manganese steel with higher wear resistance than standard jaws
• Higher stress and power requirements
• Small space for fine material passing

Quarry

• Suitable for blasting rocks, talc, and hard natural stones
•Sharp tooth profile (greater clamping force)
• Power requirements and crushing force balance
• Good fine material space between teeth
• Can be used for less efficient pre-screening of coarse particles
• Fewer needle-like products

MX

• Suitable for abrasive and/or blasting rocks
• Longer wear life (2-3 times than single alloy)
• Longer replacement cycle, better HSE conditions
• Less liner replacement and low maintenance costs
• Fewer components and lower wear
